O concelho de Alcobaça tem 578 projetos aprovados no âmbito do PRR, com um investimento de 45 milhões de euros, 39 milhões dos quais para empresas, anunciou na passada terça-feira, o primeiro-ministro, António Costa, na Solancis, empresa sediada na freguesia da Benedita, que lidera a agenda mobilizadora do sector da pedra, que agrega mais de meia centena de parceiros.

“A grande maioria dos projetos aprovados no concelho de Alcobaça são de famílias no âmbito dos programas de eficiência energética, há investimentos do Estado – no Mosteiro de Alcobaça -, há investimentos das IPSS na eletrificação das viaturas para o apoio domiciliário, mas o grosso dos 45 milhões de euros de investimento já aprovados no âmbito do PRR para o concelho de Alcobaça é dirigido para as empresas, no apoio à criação de emprego, nos programas de inovação e nos programas de sustentabilidade florestal, através da valorização das resinas”, adiantou o governante, que se fez acompanhar no concelho de Alcobaça da ministra adjunta e dos Assuntos Parlamentares, Ana Catarina Mendes.

“O exemplo do concelho de Alcobaça pode ser replicado noutros concelhos”, considerou António Costa, apontando Alcobaça e a região de Leiria como “uma das mais dinâmicas e empreendedores que o País dispõe”.

A agenda mobilizadora do sector da pedra conta com um investimento de mais de 55 milhões de euros e um incentivo de mais de 32 milhões de euros. “Temos o compromisso de aumentar em 8% o valor acrescentado, 5% da produtividade, 15% das exportações, criar seis sistemas de inovação disruptiva, reduzir a emissão de gases em estufa em 30%, crescer nas energias renováveis e nos subprodutos e criar mais de 200 postos de trabalho diretos”, referiu Samuel Delgado, CEO da empresa que lidera este consórcio. “Esta agenda mobilizadora representa um compromisso no sector e com a economia de Portugal” notou o empresário, confessando nunca ter pensado que “o sector tivesse capacidade para fazer um projeto desta dimensão”.

“The example of the municipality of Alcobaça can be replicated in other municipalities”, considered António Costa, highlighting Alcobaça and the Leiria region as “one of the most dynamic and entrepreneurial in the country”.

The stone sector’s mobilizing agenda involves an investment of over 55 million euros and an incentive of over 32 million euros. “We are committed to increasing added value by 8%, productivity by 5%, exports by 15%, creating six disruptive innovation systems, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 30%, growing renewable energy and by-products and creating over 200 direct jobs”, said Samuel Delgado, CEO of the company leading this consortium. “This mobilizing agenda represents a commitment to the sector and to the Portuguese economy”, noted the businessman, confessing that he never thought that “the sector would have the capacity to undertake a project of this size”.

حصلت بلدية ألكوباكا على 578 مشروعًا تمت الموافقة عليها في إطار برنامج إعادة هيكلة القطاع العام، باستثمارات تبلغ 45 مليون يورو، منها 39 مليونًا للشركات، حسبما أعلن رئيس الوزراء أنطونيو كوستا يوم الثلاثاء الماضي في شركة سولانسيس، وهي شركة مقرها في أبرشية بينيديتا، والتي تقود أجندة تعبئة قطاع الحجر، والتي تجمع أكثر من خمسين شريكًا.

“إن الغالبية العظمى من المشاريع المعتمدة في بلدية ألكوباكا تأتي من الأسر في نطاق برامج كفاءة الطاقة، وهناك استثمارات من الدولة – في دير ألكوباكا -، وهناك استثمارات من IPSS في كهربة المركبات لدعم المنازل، ولكن الجزء الأكبر من 45 مليون يورو من الاستثمارات المعتمدة بالفعل في نطاق PRR لبلدية ألكوباكا موجه نحو الشركات، لدعم خلق فرص العمل، وبرامج الابتكار وبرامج استدامة الغابات، من خلال تثمين الراتنجات”، قال الوزير، الذي رافقه في بلدية ألكوباكا نائب الوزير والشؤون البرلمانية، آنا كاتارينا مينديز.

“يمكن تكرار مثال بلدية ألكوباكا في بلديات أخرى”، حسب أنطونيو كوستا، مسلطًا الضوء على ألكوباكا ومنطقة ليريا باعتبارها “واحدة من أكثر المناطق ديناميكية وريادة الأعمال في البلاد”.

وتتضمن أجندة التعبئة لقطاع الحجر استثمارًا يزيد عن 55 مليون يورو وحافزًا يزيد عن 32 مليون يورو. وقال صامويل ديلجادو، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة التي تقود هذا الكونسورتيوم: “نحن ملتزمون بزيادة القيمة المضافة بنسبة 8٪، والإنتاجية بنسبة 5٪، والصادرات بنسبة 15٪، وإنشاء ستة أنظمة ابتكارية ثورية، وخفض انبعاثات الغازات المسببة للانحباس الحراري بنسبة 30٪، وتنمية الطاقة المتجددة والمنتجات الثانوية وخلق أكثر من 200 وظيفة مباشرة”. وأشار رجل الأعمال إلى أن “أجندة التعبئة هذه تمثل التزامًا بالقطاع والاقتصاد البرتغالي”، معترفًا بأنه لم يعتقد أبدًا أن “القطاع سيكون لديه القدرة على القيام بمشروع بهذا الحجم”.
